Shipping policy

ZC FLYYD is committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. Due to the varied nature of our products (from fitness accessories to industrial lab equipment), our shipping procedures differ based on the item size.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Items (e.g., Axe Throw Sets, Hand Weights): Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

  • Oversized & Freight Items (e.g., Fume Hoods, ViPR Bulk Orders): Please allow 3-7 business days for crate preparation and freight booking.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: FREIGHT SHIPPING FOR LARGE ITEMS 

For heavy or oversized items (such as Laboratory Fume Hoods, Drying Racks, or heavy fitness equipment bundles), we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight Carriers.

Please read carefully if you are purchasing large equipment:

  • Phone Number Required: The carrier must have a valid phone number to schedule a delivery appointment. Failure to provide one may result in delayed delivery or storage fees.

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Unless otherwise specified, freight shipping includes Curbside Delivery Only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the curb or end of your driveway. The driver will NOT bring the item inside your home, lab, or upstairs.

  • Lift Gate Service: A lift gate is included to lower the item from the truck to the ground.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for moving the item from the curb into your facility. Please ensure you have the necessary manpower or equipment (dolly/forklift) ready upon arrival.

4. Damages & Inspection 

ZC FLYYD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in filing a claim.

  • For Freight/Large Items: You MUST inspect the package upon arrival before the driver leaves.

  • If you see visible damage to the crate or box, you must write "DAMAGED" on the Proof of Delivery (Bill of Lading) receipt or refuse the shipment.

  • If you sign for the package without noting damage, the carrier will consider the delivery "clean," and we cannot file a claim for you.

5. International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to select countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ZC FLYYD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
